5:10 Kempton (1st November) Free Horse Racing Tips

A Maiden Stakes over 6f.

Sky Garden - trained by William Haggis - has been rather a frustrating filly to date. She is exceptionally well bred being out of the Group-winning mare Superstar Leo (finishing second on two occasions at Group 1). This bonny filly has started no worse than joint favourite on all three starts, placed but without a win. This home bred from Lael Stable hasn't been disgraced by any means but connections will be desperate to gain that elusive first win, turning her into a potentially expensive broodmare. It would seem a safe bet that she will achieve that goal sooner rather than later. This daughter of Acclamation looked to hold every chance at Haydock but drifting to her right in those dying strides which caused her short-head defeat. At Yarmouth, Supernova Heights, trained by Brian Meehan, put this February foal in her place with a decisive defeat. It will be interesting to see whether Sky Garden can take the spoils here although I would have slight concerns betting at short odds against a number of colts.

The betting will be the best guide for Consign, trained by Jeremy Noseda. If strongly fancied it would be a positive but I wouldn't take an interest if priced over 13/2 . Similarly, Apricot Sky & Tartary have fair each way claims if fancied in the betting. A watching brief.
