Wednesday's 2YO Racing News (18th November)

A quick look at Wednesday's two-year-old (2yo) racing.

There are four juvenile races at Kempton. I'm not sure how many of these I will write about - time will tell.

4:55 Kempton -

If Andrew Balding's Napper Tandy drifts markedly in the betting, this colt may hold fair each-way claims. Even though racing over a mile, a wide draw (11) isn't the best starting point. It may help with regards to the price.

Hugo Palmer's two-year-olds have been in sparkling form all season and Mused should be respected after a beaten favourite on debut. Not much in the way of a price at a fraction over even money but a horse that should take some beating from a prime draw.

5:25 Kempton -

Echo Beach is looking for a win are four creditable but losing performances.

5:55 Kempton -

Rebel's Romance comes here after winning on debut and looking to make it two from two under a penalty.

6:25 Kempton -

Daddy Frank, a son of Frankel, in the ownership of John And Tanya Gunther, who did so well with winning the St James' Palace Stakes (Group 1) at Royal Ascot (2018) and now a first-season sire with a stud fee of £10,000, ran a fine race on debut and stepping up a furlong today. By all accounts, must take some beating.

No serious thoughts today.
