A restricted auction race. Tamareen comes back after a long absence. A decent looking colt, he has travelled extremely well in both races but tired quickly in the last 100m and seems to struggle to get the distance. It is notable that this is the only ride for Richard Hills at the course and that must be a significant pointer. Not the easiest of horses to asses but one worth a closer look. Of the others, Exchange may be capable of better after being fancied at Epsom but disappointing.

An interesting maiden with a few major stables represented. Winnie Dixie has been entered to run in a Listed race but connections have taken this race instead. At 9/2 with a few bookmakers it has each way claims. 1st
