Monday's Thoughts

2:45 Wolverhampton

What looks a three-horse race - with Busker and Sadafiya likely to outclass the speedy Wolf Slayer who is the type to blast to the front. At the prices there seems little value so more of a watching brief.

5:40 Windsor

At an each way price Gold Pearl has strong place claims and could push the favourite Escholido, which is the only ride for Hills on the card (always a sure sign they are expecting a big run). 1st

6:00 Thirsk

Not the easiest of races to call but Indieslad has the form to run a big race. Look Who's Kool was a couple of lengths behind when they ran here last time and McMahon's two-year-old would be a good each way bet if fancied in the betting (7/1 & less). It is difficult to appreciate what Major Muscari has achieved so far but McCabe holds this juvenile in high regard. 2nd

7:30 Thirsk

Another race with quite a few juveniles showing an element of ability. Askaud sets a decent level of form and is the most likely to run a race. There has been money for Meehan's Young Sahib and with the stable two-year-olds in such good form a better run can be expected today if fancied at the off. Unp
