Hills' two-year-olds are in decent form and it will be a surprise if Squires Gate doesn't run out an easy winner over this 6f. This son of Namid ran a sterling race at York and certainly doesn't lack pace or determination. Odds-on shots are not really a betting proposition for us but this colt should win in the style of a good favourite.

A restricted auction race over the extended 5f(193y). Heartbreak has abundant speed and should be able to sit in a handy position. A beaten favourite on both starts doesn't instill confidence but this colt by Ifraaj hasn't done much wrong so far and has strong place claims and a sneaky chance of a win. Kingscroft is the main danger, although I don't think the Newmarket maiden it competed last time was the strongest of races.
