H.C.E is a selective information service.
The season is often slow to start, as it takes time to build form lines, and our first bet of the year will be about the month of May. There isn't any rush and we have a laid back approach which 'goes with the flow'. It is better to wait for selections rather than force the issue -remaining objective & appreciating what makes a good bet. Our philosophy instills that we specialise within two-year-old racing alone.
Generally, we bet win and place. The shortest place price being even money and win bet 4/1+. Straight wins may be backed at 11/4+. However, win and place bets are favoured, if possible.
Most selections are form horses although a few selective juveniles may be considered when making their debuts at speculative odds. We rarely bet less than 11/4 and specialists in speculative wagers.
We have our own statistical information and trainer profiles which go beyond normal analysis.
All selections will be detailed on this blog. In general, these will be bets and, if not, this point will be highlighted. Selections will be uploaded once bets have been placed, which may vary, so it pays to check the blog on a regular basis. Selection(s) will be detailed as briefly as possible and a more in depth analysis will be displayed separately for ease of reading. In addition, bets will be reviewed on a daily basis although this will be dependent upon time.
