2:55 Ascot (27th July) Free Horse Racing Tips

Just a quick post. I'm not usually struck on nursery races but I like Carlton Blue. Paul Cole is a great trainer and his words ring true. This grey son of Aussie Rules has always been held in some regard by the stable and those ambitions seemed to becoming to fruition when he nearly made all at Leicester on his second start. That race sticks in my mind because it would have been a very big win for me. Thankfully there was no loss with an each way punt but on faster ground I am pretty sure he would have gone very close. His Windsor running was somewhat disappointing. Cole said he felt Carlton Blue didn't run his race and wasn't helped being struck into. Many of the stable's juveniles need fast ground, which has been the problem so far. Cole has been quoted as saying we haven't seen the best of this juvenile and this ground is the key point of that statement. This looks a pretty competitive race but connections must feel they are well in the weight to opt for this rather than a maiden. We should see his true running on this faster surface and a bold show should be expected.
