A Wandering Mind...Went The Day Well (Nearly)

If I hear about this whip issue anymore...I'm going to hit some one! (But let me count them aloud as I don't want a steward breathing down my neck.) Only joking, of course. It is interesting to hear the views of jockeys, bloggers and the world and his wife. It's a hot debate, which will probably go to melting point over the weekend. Does the punishment fit the crime? It does seem rather extreme when those found 'guilty' are given 5, 10, 15 day bans. And the onus all on the jockey. We all know it's their fault, hey! It is intriguing to read a number of blogs questioning how it may affect markets.

On to today's action. HCE gave an Elite Tip Selection: Went The Day Well (4:40 Leicester). McMahon's two-year-old ran a big race but couldn't hold the late charge of Sir Henry Cecil's Thomas Chippendale. Our Elite selections are very strong bets and I would advise anyone to take note.
