By all accounts this should be pretty plain sailing for Mayson, who represents Richards Fahey's team, which is in sparkling form. Owner, David Armstrong, has been lucky enough to have his share of talented juveniles (Anglezarke) and this bay colt by Invincible Spirit ran a great race on debut. Relatively fancied at 13/2, he finished in determined style. This looks a straightforward two-year-old and further improvement should be seen today.
Of the others, Baby Driver has been entered for a stakes race but showed next to no ability on debut while Glitter Bug has been fancied in the betting on both starts but beaten a 'country mile'.
