4:30 Wolverhampton (29th June)

A maiden over 7f on this all-weather course for colts and fillies.

A number of form horses here.

Coloursoftheglen ran a good race last time and just lost out to a capable juvenile. This colt looks a reliable sort and Dascombe is in fine form as usual. A big run should be expected.

Karl Burke's Bradford will appreciate this 7f after struggling to go the pace on both starts and doing all his running at the finish. This two-year-old is progressing with racing and has to be given a big chance.

It is difficult to know what to think about Motivational. Lanigan's two-year-old seemingly ran a decent race on debut at Leicester although that was only a small race. The form has been boosted by a couple of recent winners although Motivational's last run was pretty poor. He was a little keen at the start and that was a messy race but even so you would need to have a good excuse for that disappointment. I would want a decent price to consider his chances today.

Bandear hails from a stable that has numerous successful two-year-olds this season, However Clive Brittain doesn't have the best statistics on debut. This filly would be more significant if a short price.

Not the easiest race to assess and the prices are giving little away. Coloursoftheglen and Bradford are the most likely to win this.

A watching race.
